Project Manager Meeting
We will send an experienced Project Manager to your home to gather information about your project and answer any questions you have about our company. We will take measurements, photos, and go over material options. By the end of the meeting, we can usually give you an accurate estimate, so you will know exactly how much your project will cost.
Job Portal
We’ll add you to our job portal, so you’ll always know the status of your project and be notified of any delays in the schedule. You will get regular updates as your job progresses and learn about any hiccups when we do. All the members of our team will be alerted if your job is behind schedule or has delays, so we can make it a top priority.
Scheduling
We will schedule your projects based on several factors – the time of year, weather, and your availability. With that, there are many factors that we cannot control, but we always strive to communicate realistic time frames. Making our customers happy is our priority, and we aim to complete your project in a timely manner.
Installation & Completion
Now it’s time to install your new project. Your project manager will keep you informed every step of the way and a crew leader will be onsite to answer any questions that you may have. Once complete, we will schedule a walk through to make sure there are no unresolved “punch list” items that need to be done. Once you have completed the job to your satisfaction, it’s time for you to enjoy your beautiful home.
